Tristan Carlson


I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in business economics, but my passion lies with training and fitness coaching. I’m currently working towards my CSCS certification and plan to pursue another degree in exercise science. Introduced to weightlifting early on in high school, I have always been smitten by the sights and sounds of the gym. To me, there is no sweeter feeling in the world than the completion of a day’s workout and the pump that comes along with it. That being said, the thrust of my training isn’t to just pick up heavy stuff and put it back down. When it comes to fitness and the goals that people set for themselves regarding it: it’s a process that no one pathway or technique can provide 100% for every individual, so you have to tailor the experience and process to that specific individual and their goals. Through dedication and meticulous attention to YOUR needs, I am here to take you where you want to go with your body and lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to be unneeded by the end of our partnership. I want to be exceeded and pushed by my clients and will do everything I can to make that happen. Be it bodybuilding, powerlifting, functional strength, weight loss, you name it.. WE CAN DO IT.

I am an AFPA certified personal trainer since 2008.  I've competed in women's bodybuilding and was successful in earning a Pro Bodybuilding card.  


I strive to make my clients aware that losing weight and keeping it off must result in living a healthy lifestyle.  One of my favorite sayings is..."eat to live, don't live to eat" which sums up my thoughts on our bodies.  I also like to train and give my clients the tools to be able to venture on their own...in other words, I want my clients to no longer "need" a trainer.

Sharyn is a certified Les Mills BodyPump Instructor, Les Mills BodyCombat Instructor, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM. Sharyn began her fitness journey 5 years ago after losing a baby. She turned her pain into fuel and lost 150 pounds. She went from a size 24 to a size 4 by eating clean and strength training.  I’ve been highly interested in the fitness world for as long as I can remember. I will soon be NASM certified not only as a trainer but as a group fitness coach and a nutrition coach as well. Currently working towards competing in my first bodybuilding show with a coach!


Self-improvement and growth are very important to me. When you put everything you have into a grueling training session, everything else you do that day/week/month just seems easier. 


If you are serious about making a physical and mental change in your life, I would be the best trainer for you. I am here to keep you motivated while also pushing you to be the absolute best version of yourself both in and out of the gym.

Karen Johnson


My name is Karen Johnson. I am a competitive bodybuilder in the Women’s Physique division and have competed in the sport since I was in my early 20s. I am also a physical therapist assistant. Currently, I am working towards achieving my goal of becoming an IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness) professional athlete. 


I haven’t always been physically fit, there was a time in my life after having children where I became extremely overweight. My husband and I decided to go on a weight loss journey by “Setting Goals High & Smashing them Together”.


We both made the decision that a significant lifestyle change was needed in order to accomplish our goals. Are you ready for CHANGE???  I would love to be your change maker. Nutrition is the foundation but cardio and resistance training are also key components to ensure success.

I am attending Georgia Highlands and studying to become a dental hygienist. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, but my passion is fitness. I am currently working towards being certified. Currently, I am also working on becoming a Real Estate Professional. To me a fitness certification does not mean anything, it’s all about what you know and what you’ve learned over the years so you can help others. I am all about helping people reach their goals with my knowledge.

James Lambert


My name is James Lambert, and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My focus is on the physique and functional strength. I am a former football player and powerlifter turned cyclist and bike racer, and I place an emphasis on muscular endurance. My goal is to help clients build the discipline to lead a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition coaching. I am 100% goal-driven and aim to get you the results you seek.


Corey Latham


I have been into fitness to some capacity for the majority of my life. I am currently completing my NASM certification. One thing that I have noticed over the years is that most all diets work if followed, whomever the diet is too difficult to become a lifestyle and once the desired weight is obtained then old habits reappear and more weight is gained than you started. I also use the gym as a tool to reach the desired goal, but once the goal is met, there are other forms of exercise that can be done to maintain where you want to be. This is what I am promoting: lifelong fitness. So when I see you 2 years from now you are still in shape and in great health because you made a lifestyle change in how you eat as well as a physical activity you participate in 3 days a week because you enjoy it.

Francisco Orozco


I am a prior service member where I trained Marines to meet peak physical fitness goals to achieve unmatched efficiency and performance. My training is vigorous as it is adaptive to anyone’s needs and goals. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and am currently enrolled in their elite training program seeking my nutrition specialist certification, powerlifting instructor certification, and strength and conditioning coach certification. I am also a student at Kennesaw State University seeking a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree. My training is not limited to weights as I can tailor speed training, explosiveness, corrective exercise, and aquatic training if needed. I believe in developing powerful human beings from the inside out, as most, if not all of the physical training consists of developing a mindset as well as a physique that is set upon a foundation of dedication, consistency, and confidence. 


Laura Wyton


I struggled with my weight most of my adult life, so I know just how tough of a battle it can be.  I finally figured things out in 2017, and lost 77 pounds and 34% body fat at the age of 49.  I am passionate about health and fitness and have always loved helping people, so becoming a personal trainer was a perfect fit for me.  I am certified as a personal trainer as well as a specialist in fitness nutrition via ISSA, and also have a bachelor's degree in psychology.  

I believe that long-lasting results come from making lifestyle and mindset changes, not from diets with end dates.  I strive to educate and empower my clients to make those changes while also offering motivation, support, and feedback to help them reach their goals.  If I can lose weight, get in shape, and become the healthiest I've ever been, so can you!
