Hi everyone my name is Travis Scott. I’m from Georgia. I am the owner of YoungHeartFitness. I am a certified personal trainer. I’ve been training for over 15yrs.  My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
 
My specialty is weight loss but i done everything from A-Z.  My greatest accomplishment is raising 2 sons.  My hobbies are traveling, working out and spending time with family and friends.

I've spent a lifetime in the fitness and sports world - and I look forward to passing my knowledge on to you. I enjoy looking and feeling good and I want to help others to look and feel good as well. Whether you're training for a competition, recovering from surgery, or want to just feel better and have more energy - I know that I can help you achieve your goals effectively and efficiently. I believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Each person has unique goals, abilities, and challenges. My training philosophy revolves around creating personalized programs that combine effective workouts with nutritional guidance and lifestyle adjustments. I am an AFPA certified personal trainer since 2008.  I've competed in women's bodybuilding and was successful in earning a Pro Bodybuilding card.  

 

I strive to make my clients aware that losing weight and keeping it off must result in living a healthy lifestyle.  One of my favorite sayings is..."eat to live, don't live to eat" which sums up my thoughts on our bodies.  I also like to train and give my clients the tools to be able to venture on their own...in other words, I want my clients to no longer "need" a trainer.

My name is Karen Johnson. I am a competitive bodybuilder in the Women’s Physique division and have competed in the sport since I was in my early 20s. I am also a physical therapist assistant. Currently, I am working towards achieving my goal of becoming an IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness) professional athlete. 

 

I haven’t always been physically fit, there was a time in my life after having children where I became extremely overweight. My husband and I decided to go on a weight loss journey by “Setting Goals High & Smashing them Together”.

 

We both made the decision that a significant lifestyle change was needed in order to accomplish our goals. Are you ready for CHANGE???  I would love to be your change maker. Nutrition is the foundation but cardio and resistance training are also key components to ensure success. 

 

I am a tough trainer and I will support, encourage, and motivate you to be your best self. Now let’s get to work 💪🏼❤️.
