We have two boot camps each week.  

On Saturday's at 9 am, Trainer April Hill, runs an hour boot camp, which is usually themed for that weekend's events. 

 

On Tuesday's at 10:30 am & Thursday mornings at 10 am, Erin Johnson offers HIIT training.  This boot camp is also an hour and is a great workout.
